What is the 'Questionnaire' form for?

The purpose of the questionnaire form is to help our team of designers asses your business needs, what you're looking to have done etc. It helps us identify how we can customize your posts the right way. This form only takes 60-seconds and is emailed to you immediately after you make a purchase.

How do I get a refund

You have up to 24-hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund. Once an order is placed and our team gets started on your order, requests for refunds submitted before 48 hours will be issued a 30% refund of the total order price. Any refund requests submitted after 48 hours will not receive a refund. Under special circumstances a credit maybe offered*
